台灣新增新型流感的第一個案例已經確認被WHO納入「中國」的病例當中，根據 WHO 最新的第 38 號通報中提到「Chinese Taipei has reported 1 confirmed case of influenza A (H1N1) with 0 deaths. Cases from Chinese Taipei are included in the cumulative totals provided in the table above.」（拙譯：Chinese Taipei 已經通報一個新型流感的非死亡確認案例。來自 Chinese Taipei 的病例會被包含在上表的累計加總中。）

問題來了，馬的政府、Dr. C.C. Yeh 以及中國旺報一再強調「新流感病例 不再併入中國」，請問病例列在哪個國名下？完全看不到啊！先前偉大的抗煞英雄 Dr. C.C. Yeh 說「最壞情形是列Taiwan, China 之下」，現在不止 Chinese Taipei 沒有出現在通報國家中，連 Taiwan 都不見了，再次驗證馬統的昏庸無能與治國謊言。

面對馬的政府一味的賣台，台灣人更應該要團結，集中我們的力量向國際發聲，讓我們一人一信向世界衛生組織（WHO）表達抗議，我們要求以台灣的名義通報新流感病例，請大家幫忙寄出這封信，謝謝！

To whom it may concern,

Instead of mistakenly merging 3 newly confirmed cases from Taiwan to China, please amend the cases back to Taiwan. Per the announcement published about Influenza A (H1N1) on May 23, 2009, we found that Taiwan is not on the list but the newly confirmed cases were merged to China. This is an unacceptable and inappropriate act against Taiwanese opinion and expectation.

According to Update 37, it says “Chinese Taipei has reported 1 confirmed case of influenza A (H1N1) with 0 deaths. Cases from Chinese Taipei are included in the cumulative totals provided in the table above.” However, Chinese Taipei is not listed on the report. As a member of WHO, Taiwan would like to selflessly contribute to human health and make the world better. However, the name “Taiwan, Province of China” is a heartbreaking response from WHO.

It is resent that Mr. Ying-jeou Ma and his government have acknowledged Memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed by WHO and China in 2005. Unfortunately, it’s out of most Taiwanese opinion and expectation. In fact, more than 600 thousand people protested Mr. Ma on May 17, 2009 because of Mr. Ma’s pro-China policy.

We understand that you are forced by China to name Taiwan as “Taiwan, a province of China.” However, such action without legal support and consent by the Taiwanese is not any better than raping the people living on this island. We sincerely urge you to respect our own name as Taiwan, or the Republic of China.
